Here’s what the process will look like…

When we get started…

  1. You share a job description and key qualities you want in your perfect candidates so that we can save you dozens of hours sifting through wrong fits.

  1. We begin our search immediately from our database of pre-vetted candidates and go through the new candidates that are being consistently added to our pipeline.

  1. After 7 to 10 days we will send you 3-5 candidates that fit the criteria you’ve shared with us

  1. You take them through your final interview process and select a candidate which is typically two to three interviews to narrow down to one perfect fit.

  1. Once you officially make the hire we begin to train them as you are onboarding them

  1. They are performing at KPI within 60 days of their hire

  1. If for some reason they don’t workout past 60 days we replace them for free
